Delete your account
Option 1: in the app (immediate)
- Open Foundalaya and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
This deletes your account immediately and permanently -- it is a full deletion, not a deactivation.
Option 2: by email (if you can't access the app)
Send an email from your registered account email address to foundalaya45@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account". We will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email once it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, handle, bio, city, avatar)
- Your posts, comments, and messages
- Your startup listing and traction info
- Your mentor session requests and event RSVPs
- Your badge/verification applications and any evidence files you uploaded
What is kept, and for how long
In-app product-usage events (for example, "signup completed" or "post created") are not deleted, but the link to your account is permanently removed at the same time as the rest of your deletion -- the remaining record can no longer be traced back to you. We don't retain any payment records, since this version of the app has no paid features.
